Griffin R. Horner is a Litigation Specialist for R23 Law APC. Mr. Horner brings a breadth of experience in legal practice, government affairs, and client and asset management, having worked across the legal, political, and financial services industries.

Mr. Horner holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate Degree from Antelope Valley College, earning Cum Laude through its Honors Program. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside the office, Mr. Horner is an active member of his community, installing solar on the weekends and continuing his service through the Rotary Club of Antelope Valley and Corazon, Inc. International. In his free time, he enjoys distance running, golf and basketball.
